1. The Yungas Road in Bolivia

It was named the world's most dangerous road by the Inter-American Development Bank in 1995. There is an estimate of 200 to 300 vehicular accidents in a year. The Yunga Road connects the rainforest in the northern part of Bolivia to its capital city. During the Chaco War in 1930s, the road was built by the Paraguayan prisoners.

2. The Russian-Siberian Road to Yakutsk

This is the only road and the official federal government highway going to Yakutsk. The motorists have no choice but to pass by this muddy area. There were even rumors saying that this road has an underground gas seepage that makes motorists fall asleep; thus creating numerous car accidents within the vicinity.

Sukhumi road is located in the former Soviet Georgia, particularly in the Caucusus Mountains. The people living in the Caucusus Mountains are popular for their reckless and drunk driving which is the main cause of many accidents in this very foggy area.

Wow! Those roads look very adventurous.
One point to say regarding roads in the Himalayan Region - due to frequent landslides roads in this region often get damaged. So, it is really difficult to keep those roads in good condition particularly during the rainy season.
