Lindsay Lohan Sued for Fake Tan Spray Sevin NyneIn May, Lindsay Lohan and Las Vegas businesswoman Lorit Simon launched Sevin Nyne, a tan spray which took them three years to make according to the two.

In a recent turn of events, a Florida chemist Jennifer Sunday sued Lohan, Simon and Simon's company because they allegedly stole the specific formula for the tan spray.

Sunday filed a lawsuit in Tampa federal court for theft of trade secrets, breach of contract, civil conspiracy, deceptive and unfair trade practices, and intentional interference with contractual relations.

A lot of damages!

Sunday's lawyer Marcia Cohen told St. Petersburg Times, "We are certainly looking for the profits that are being generated right now from that product. If Ms. Lohan and Ms. Simon and their companies and their shareholders are profiting from the theft of my client's formula and are profiting from that product, my client is entitled to those proceeds."
