The ex-couple got married in February 1997 and they were divorced a year after. According to the court documents, Noa plans to sell their sex tape entitled "How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The J-Lo and Ojani Noa Story."

However, Noa and his producer Ed Meyer expressed their willingness to go against the actress in court.

As TMZ reported, Lopez, who is now happily married with Marc Anthony, revealed that Noa's actions are mere violations of the confidentiality agreement they both signed several years ago.
