UP, Ateneo Drop in QS World Ranking of Best Universities

UP Ateneo Drop in QS World Ranking of Best UniversitiesPhilippines’ prestigious universities dropped in the 2011/2012 London-based education and career network Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) World University Rankings. From 314th in 2010, University of the Philippines settled on 332nd, while Ateneo de Manila University slipped to 360th from 307th last year.

De La Salle University dropped to the 551-600 bracket from the 451-500 bracket last year. And the last Philippine university that scored a notch in the QS World Ranking of Best Universities was The University of Santo Tomas. It was in the 601+ bracket.
